Professional Experience
Mr. Manders has over 40 years of experience in the planning, design and execution of architectural projects with an emphasis on cost estimating, conceptual design, and project management .  As Principal Architect and founding partner of Manders/Merighi Associates, Mr. Manders’ projects range from major industrial and commercial buildings to a wide array of public buildings and medical facilities.  His focus has been on the design of large scale industrial facilities that incorporate pre-engineered structures delivered through the design/build process.  Mr. Manders has been responsible for more than 200 design/build projects in southern New Jersey.
